Ingredients

  • 1 pound salmon fillet, skin-on or skin-off

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning, divided

  • 12 ounces fettuccine pasta

  • 1/2 cup chopped onion

  • 1 red bell pepper, chopped

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 (15-ounce) can diced tomatoes, undrained

  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
  • Season salmon with 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning.
